What a Rosh Hashana in Passaic! Thousands of non-Jews reached with message of hope.

With thanks to G-d Al-mighty, we organized and hosted an incredible ground breaking program in Passaic focused non-Jewish awareness that Rosh Hashana is the Day of Judgment for every human being and the anniversary of the creation of the first man and woman.

With our generous sponsors' support, the flyer was delivered to 2,200 households. The English and Spanish was based on a talk from the Lubavitcher Rebbe, and was written so the reader would understand the significance of Rosh Hashana, even if they did not attend the program. These flyers reached an estimated 8,000 to 13,000 men, women and children!

In addition, posters were placed in downtown Passaic reaching thousands more (see the picture below).

The program included words of Torah related to Rosh Hashana in English and Spanish, the blowing of the shofar (for reasons of Jewish Law, also present were Jews who had not heard all the customary shofar blasts) and apples and honey for the participants.

The participants were very grateful to participate.

Thank you again to our sponsors, to the organizers and hosts, and to our wonderful translator.

Onwards and upwards. Succos is next!
